The Abba Krishna and Sir Barack’s Quest for the Holy Grail of Hope

Hope is simply an optimistic view of things. Seeing undesirable elements or events in a positive light is akin to a detachment. Although one can get deeply embroiled in an upheaval or unsettling turn of events, such an objective outlook free from the onrush of high emotion or panicked reaction render the protagonist with a level headedness.

That doesn’t mean displaying a retarded aloofness or an inability to grasp reality. Cognizance of the dire straits or the unholy state which challenge the serenity of the individual or family must be firmly settled in the mind. It doesn’t help to be totally out of it in a crazy sort of way. Such failure to recognize peril could be lethal to good health.

What could be better than to deal with a crisis with all your marbles up and running efficiently? Presence of mind and the clearness of view to see things through tight predicaments stem from a calmness of spirit. Barack Obama has not only faith in every American to heroically cope with challenges; he dares to hope that they will rise up as a nation to meet them as one.

Emotions are good because they feed one’s creativity. Tensions bring out the best in men. Struggle and hardship are the flames that temper the steeliness of character. Men’s journey to freedom is rich with sagas of triumph over adversity. The internet and the mobile gizmos you see around you today did not materialize tentatively or accidentally.

Man looks up to the universe and he is filled with hope. The countless stars and galaxies are so far away and so mind boggling in number that they forever seem out of reach by many lifetimes. The Abba Krishna dares you to reach out and blaze the frontiers of space. Don’t let the crustiness of the body weigh you with a timidity of the soul to fly free

Same with the financial crisis that beleaguers the cross section of Americans today. Mistakes are made for good hope. Hope can turn mud into stone and make mountains out of molehills. Derivatives and credit swaps and guarantees are not bad intrinsically and essentially. They were exploited, misused, and hooded with a veil of privileged erudition and expertise.

Billions and trillions were lost but where did the money go? Certainly not to China because they were paid a measly ten dollars for every Nike shoe that sold in the rabid consumer markets of the western economies for over a hundred. It’s either Uncle Sam is so rich with tax dollars that he can afford to bail out everybody in the mainland endlessly or the offshore tax havens reproducing like amoeba in the shadows of globalization robbed him of it.

Hope is where the Abba Krishna is at and where injustice can be righted. The wealth that rightly belong to the American grassroots should filter down to them and not displace them with a severity of unemployment just because it makes better business sense to relocate a manufacturing facility overseas for cheaper costs. Hope is solution and vice versa.

If there is nothing else you can cling to at the end of your days on earth why don’t you take the side of goodness. The Abba Krishna has nothing but hope and goodness for all the world. This is a small price to concede if you have nothing else going for you. At least you won’t be a derelict or deadwood to stand in the way of Sir Barack’s quest.
